Other even never method is to buy Sticky Topic on popular forums, this method is not cheap but can bring u huge traffic within month and price for can rise up to 50$ but mostly this will increase your traffic and sales incredible.

Submitting posts to DDL sites (Katz.cd & PhazeDDL.com)
Write Your own e-Books or use Free Tutorials, e-Books to share on this DDL sites to gain extra traffic to your site. This traffic will probably not be focused on sales but some of them will probably read and go truth your site, this way you can increase your sales to.
